The central South has a rich arts and cultural offer, with a wide variety of organisations and strong levels of public engagement. Southern Policy Centre has a strong history of collaborating with organisations including the Arts Council England and The Partnership for South Hampshire to explore future cultural and creative sector partnerships working in the region. SPC has also examined an important and growing part of our region’s creative economy; the film sector.
